Kameleon Solutions company participated in the organization of the Generali CRM CEE event, which was held 19. and 20. October in Belgrade, Serbia.

The summit brought together representatives of regional Generali companies from eight countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia). The event was also graced by the presence of colleagues from the Italian Generali headquarters, as well as virtual attendees from global member groups, including China, Argentina and others.

This gathering provided an in-depth exploration of the comprehensive Generali Group CRM transformation, which was successfully executed with the assistance of the Salesforce solution. Our company, Kameleon Solutions, was the only Salesforce partner at this summit and presented CRM solutions for sales and customer support.

Apart from business topics, the conference also aimed to present Serbia and its vibrant culture in the best possible light, enabling all attendees to discover the art of the traditional ‘kolo’ dance.
