Junior/Medior Software QA Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for Junior/Medion QA Engineer to join our team. As members of QA team, he/she will be responsible for performing functional tests, creating test cases following pre-written testing instructions, creating comprehensive bug reports and follow-up their resolution with developers/admins.

Education: Faculty Degree

Skills and Experience Required

at least 1 years of software testing experience
experience in writing Test Case, Test Scenario, and Test Plan
working experience with test case management tools
working experience with bug/issue tracking tools
working experience in testing web based/cloud solutions
the desire to learn
the ability to be both detail-oriented and understand how the solution provides business value to the client
ability to view challenges as opportunities for self-improvement and professional advancement
verbal and written communication skills in English

It’s a plus to have:

fair knowledge of Salesforce platform and principles
knowledge in customer support
good knowledge of Jira solution
